That’s what I say about my butt crack too. Eventually, eventually…
I'm stock piling parts now, so when retirement comes I'll have plenty to do!

...Once the TJ is gone to its new home, I'll start on the installation of these and other parts...
Have sold it? I know you reasoning, but IMHO a real shame given how much amazing work you put in to it.
Long story there. The short version is it's going to my oldest son. He's turned his life around and I'm proud of how far he's come in the last couple years. He's been spending some time wrenching with me lately and I believe he's now in a position to appreciate and care for the Jeep.
That said, we got a little work to do to get it set up for his use. We've already dropped it in height, went with a 2" set of springs, and set up shocks to match. The 241 case will come out and I've built a 231 with a SYE for him. There's more than that, but details will follow at some point.
Well, we know you won’t have to clean it…
It is disgustingly clean, if there is even such a thing. Let's just hope it stays that way!
OR.....and just hear me out here......we go out and get it really dirty.
Thoughts?
Only if you're willing to clean it to my standards!

After fighting with the snap rings on JJs, because I only have a small multi-tool plier, I broke down and bought a nice snap ring plier set. This is a HF Icon set that is on sale for members. The quality is surprisingly good and the price was right, at $59.

My son was visiting for the holidays and helped me install the Dana 44 front. Lots of work to do before it can be used, but it's in!

I wish I had a son!
